Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Harmova through harmova.health. Our online store is hosted on a commerce platform and serves customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Returns eligibility
We accept returns when all of the following are true:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided
We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to start a return
Email sales@harmova.health with your order number and reason. If approved, we will send return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping is generally non-refundable unless required by law. Use a trackable method — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost when appropriate.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Shipping is non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return an eligible item if approved, then place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if not yet processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
International returns
You are responsible for duties, taxes, or fees when returning from outside the original shipping country.
Consumer rights
