Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Harmova through harmova.health. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Harmova products are sold For research use only. where applicable.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges on products that have left our facility and been shipped to you. Once a shipment is in transit or has been delivered, we cannot verify that items have remained unopened, properly stored, or free from tampering—factors that are essential for the integrity of the products we sell. That limitation applies regardless of whether packaging appears intact.
Please review your cart and product details carefully before checkout. If you have questions about a formulation, strength, or SKU, contact us before you order so we can help you choose the right item.
This policy is part of how we protect every customer and maintain consistent standards for items that are sensitive to handling and storage. Nothing in this section is intended to suggest a product will treat or cure any condition; it reflects operational and safety requirements only.
Lost shipments & delivery issues
If your tracking shows no movement, your parcel appears lost, or you believe it was misdelivered, contact us promptly after the carrier's estimated or committed delivery window has passed. Late reports make it harder to trace packages or file timely carrier claims, so please reach out as soon as you reasonably notice a problem.
When you write in, include your order number, the shipping address on the order, and any tracking details you have. We may ask for additional information to help locate the shipment or work with the carrier.
We reserve the right to review and investigate lost-shipment claims before deciding on a resolution. That may include verifying delivery scans, address accuracy, carrier records, and whether the package was refused, held, or returned. Investigations help us resolve legitimate issues fairly and guard against fraud or error.
If, after a good-faith review, we determine that the shipment did not reach you due to a loss or carrier error we attribute to our shipping process or the carrier's handling, we may offer a replacement shipment or another remedy we describe in writing. A replacement or similar remedy is not guaranteed and is not the same as a refund for a product you have received; it applies only in the lost-shipment context described here and at our discretion.
Cancellations before shipment
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact sales@harmova.health as soon as possible. We will cancel and refund when cancellation is still operationally possible. Once an order has shipped, the no-return policy above applies.
Consumer rights
Rights vary by jurisdiction (including by U.S. state, UK, and Canadian law). This policy does not waive statutory protections where they apply. If you believe a mandatory rule conflicts with any statement here, please contact us and we will address it in line with applicable law.
